Snoring Solutions
Make The Right Choice

Okay - I admit it. I'm a horrible wife. I kicked my husband out of the bed a night ago last week because of his incessant snoring and breathing noise. I just didn't know what else to do - I had no answers to my endless questions about this problem, and recommended advice from friends and family did nothing to help at all. Even the 'old wives' snoring solutions we tried had no effect (not to mention those money wasting 'stop snoring solutions' we picked up at over night stays in hotels and quick gas station stops).

This has been going on for about a year and I was really at my wit's end. - Emphasis on "was," because just recently, my partner saw a show on CNN that not only answered our questions and pointed out health problems associated with sleep, breathing, and snoring - it also offered some real suggestions for treatment!

Being over-weight, it turns out that my husband was prone to snore. This, in addition to more than a few alcoholic drinks, can significantly increase anyone's potential to snore.

According to the information we learned, solutions to stop snoring can range from simple life style changes to an herbal remedy or full-fledged surgery. The most important thing we learned is to ask the important questions and weigh which solutions are best for the both of us. For my husband, we decided to try to stop his snoring by changing the way he eats and sleeps at night. By adjusting his sleep position, he can alleviate both breathing problems and snoring altogether. Just a simple change in position can relieve the weight placed on his breathing passages, weight on his jaw, and remove the snore.
