Baby Sleep Pillow

A baby sleep pillow will help prevent the child from sleeping on its stomach.  Pediatricians recommend infants sleep on their back to reduce the risk of death from SIDS.  Babies are safer by sleeping on their back.  Most baby sleep pillows are stuffed with memory foam to be soft and conform to the child’s head.  This reduces the possibility of flat spots, also.  Some pillows are stuffed with traditional foam but are not as beneficial.  Avoid pillows stuffed with other materials or that are too soft.  Bedding that is not firm enough may not provide adequate support for the infant and be unsafe.

Babies who use this soft pillow will enjoy a restful slumber.  They are great comforters for mom and dad to know the baby is sleeping safely.  Because they fit snugly, they are great comforters to babies too.  They will sleep soundly and safely on this pillow.  Avoid use of loose sheets or comforters when putting an infant in a crib.  These items can increase the chance of choking or suffocation if they get caught in their mouth or cover their face.  This type of bedding is an ideal choice for keeping the child comfortable while providing the best possible security.
