Consider Taking a Warm Bath

Have you ever had a sleepless night or several sleepless nights in a row?  If you are not suffering from a sleep problem related to any particular health condition or problem then you are most likely experiencing primary insomnia.

For many they are unable to quiet their thoughts and relax their body in order to fall asleep. One method that may work for you is to take a warm bath. Care should be taken to not stay in the water too long or to have the water too hot as your goal is to and clear your mind.

You will be able to quiet your thoughts and you will be relaxed enough so that you will be better able to fall asleep. Preparing for bed each night should be a relaxing and enjoyable.
