When you sleepwalk, to other people, you appear to be wide awake. Most people who are sleep walking don’t just simply walk while they have slept or are sleeping. They actually get up out of the bed and start doing things while they have slept. They may even do things that they are not able to do when they are awake. Furthermore, unless someone wakes you up to inform or update you while you sleepwalk you won’t remember your night time stroll the next day after you have slept! In most cases, this is the most upsetting aspect of sleep walking.
